I need my device fixed. What do I do now?
All you need to do is click on the "Book Now" button...that will take you to our scheduling page, where you pick the available day and time slot that works for you. You will be given both the drop-off address and a confirmation number. We do not take walk-ins at this time.Live too far away and don't want to drive to us? We accept mail-ins!
How long will you need my iPhone? I can't live without it.
Most iPhone repairs can be completed within 30 minutes from dropoff to pickup with an appointment. iPad repairs are given lower priority, but can be expedited to same day repair for an extra fee, when requested.
Do you offer any type of warranty?
We provide a one year warranty on all iPhone and iPad repairs, covering defects in workmanship or parts, not misuse or neglect.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all forms of payment...cash, check or credit/debit cards.
