Upon receipt of your iDevice, the necessary repair will be performed and you will be invoiced via email for repair and shipping charges. You will be able to make payment directly from the electronic invoice via credit or debit card. We can also take payment via credit or debit card over the phone if you prefer.

We will then ship your iPhone or iPad back to you via USPS. That's it. Simple!
