Once again, Chad did a great job and provided excellent customer service. Has an iPhone 7 was getting warm and wouldn't hold a charge all day. We us...ed the easy online scheduling to set an appointment. Chad repaired it quickly and even tested cords we brought to confirm they were good quality. He stands behind his work and said if the battery wasn't working as expected to come back. Advised to run it down under 10% in next couple days, then plug in to fully charge so it calibrates.

We needed data recovery after an iPhone failed and Chad came highly recommended. It turned out to be a much more complicated issue--beyond a bad batte...ry or a busted screen. He worked diligently and kept trying to solve the issue, even though it seemed impossible. He must have spent hours figuring it out, and finally texted me with good news. He was able to recover all of my dad's precious photos and many happy tears were shed on our end. I have no idea how he cracked the code but we are grateful

The in and out time here was significantly shorter than any other phone repair business. Dropped my phone off and less than half an hour later it was ...done and ready to be picked up. Very clean, professional home business. I had my doubts going through a service other than apple, but the screen is 100% functioning and he offers a 1 year warranty on any screen issues. Owner was available at the time of my appointment and was able to answer questions related to charging and b...attery life, as well as test my power cords to determine if they were causing issues with battery life. The best way to drop off a damaged phone is make an appointment online. He is very easy to deal with and usually fixes the problem within an hour. I a...ttempted to repair my own phone but didn't get the itty, bitty wire connections plugged back in correctly. He fixed it but wasn't going to charge me anything. Every business person deserves to be paid for their time, especially an honest and fair one. Give him a try. You won't regret it.
